DR. S. E. WINN. Doctor Winn was the mining company surgeon and physician from April 1878 to 1889. He was paid $350.00 per month through the Miners' Fund, which itself was funded by $1.00 monthly payments by the mine workers. Dr. Winn replaced Dr. A. R. Randol, who left in 1878.
