    Autograph book owned by Thomas Matthews (1867-1938). Autographs are dated 1887, 1889, and 1895. Thomas Matthews was a day laborer at the Quicksilver Mining Company. Thomas Matthews' father (also Thomas Matthews) worked for the Quicksilver Mining Company as well. Book was given to Thomas' granddaughter Vera Narvaez in 1938. Pencil writings in autograph book were written by Vera around that time.
