Left to right: Kitty Fields, unknown actor, Marion Austin, Florence Mooney and Nathaniel Gross presented a Wild West play at New Almaden in 1949. Affectionately known as "Mayor Nat", Mr. Gross helped to build the New Almaden Community Club on Bertram Road in 1956, long after the Hacienda's Helping Hand Club was torn down.
